What's happening here? Weren't we supposed to be at least
3-1 at this point? Instead I see the same mistakes that have been made in every
game dating back to the beginning of 2009.... um 2008... err, it's been
happening for so long it's almost becoming tradition. I know we'll get some
comments "it's gonna take time to build. Be patient." Honestly, I've
been patient for about 6 years and my patience is running low.
Our special teams is atrocious. So many times we could have
had them pinned inside the 10 yard line but our punt coverage team never turns
around to find the ball. Instead they treat it like a kick-off and run into the
endzone. You're killing me!
Grayson looks lost. He doesn't seem to put together a entire
game. He's throwing short on third and long. He's running it when he has
receivers open. He doesn't look like he has
confidence to lead the team. Granted, I still think he is the better choice
over Pete Thomas but somehow Garrett needs to get his game together.
The Pee Wee Football store called. They want their defense
back. What is going on with these guys? There was so much promise but these
teams are running all over us. I'm honestly scared when the opposition gets the
ball because I'm wondering how they will score next. I have to give some props
to Austin Gray on that blast he laid on that Utah State
We always seem to get it going too late in the game. We just need to figure out a way to start strong and finish on top.

Overall another disappointing weekend. When will we pull
this thing together? How long will this downward trend last? Bold new era? This wasn't the brand of football I was expecting this year.
